Michael Pandelakis

Michael has worked for over 30 years serving the blood collection industry.  As founder and CEO of three blood-centric startups, he has led projects in software development, telecommunications and networking, finance, and operational process improvement. Michael joined InVita after his third startup, BloodHub, was acquired by InVita Healthcare Technologies.  Michael’s previous startup, eDonor, was acquired by Wyndgate Technologies where he stayed on as Senior Vice President and General Manager.  Prior to that, he founded and later sold BlueRidge Solutions to International FiberCom, where he continued as Executive Vice President.  Michael began his career as a consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick. Michael graduated from the College of William and Mary with a dual concentration in Computer Science and Economics.
