Customer Success Specialist - Sales

The role of the Client Success Specialist is to manage a portfolio of InVita client relationships, as well as developing new business from existing clients and outside sources. The CSS will be integral in on-boarding new clients and continuing to execute the management of those clients. An effective CSS is both client-focused and detail oriented, resulting in the ability to deliver the ultimate client experience.

Client Success Specialists are driven by a desire to ensure their clients not only love InVita’s products but know how to utilize them for maximum efficiency. Self-driven and proactive by nature the ideal CSS should be both engaging and organized with a true passion for providing superior service to clients. Always forward thinking, a CSS must continually be looking for ways to maximize value, create growth and deepen relationships. With multi-divisional access in marketing, sales, and support, a successful InVita CSS is a communications, sales and relationship building superstar.
