John brings many years of experience leading teams that market complex technologies into mission-critical environments for customers in commercial, government, and public safety markets. He lives at the intersection of market needs and product capabilities, having driven exceptional growth in businesses ranging from SaaS-based platforms for customer and patient engagement, process automation, conversational AI, and large-scale telecom platforms.
John is a proud alumnus of the GE Corporate Audit Staff during the Jack Welch era, where he learned how business works in the real world through immersion in diverse industries such as medical imaging, aircraft engines, television broadcasting, and financial services. While earning an engineering degree from MIT with a humanities concentration in economics, John completed most of the first-year MBA curriculum at MIT’s Sloan School as an undergraduate.
